M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan

The M1 Concourse sits on an 87-acre plot of historic land in Pontiac, Michigan. This area has been the site of auto manufacturing facilities for 100+ years, but today it features an active racetrack, event center, hundreds of private garages, and much more. Environmental Lights lighting is used to illuminate a recently developed 3-story facility reserved for members of the M1 Concourse.

The team at Digital Interiors came to us with a specific vision in mind. They wanted a futuristic yet elegant appearance that would complement the themes of “speed” and “precision”. Our product engineers went through their plans and selected eight products to provide the optimal appearance for each application.

Our 4-in-1 LED strip light with 3000K white is the most prevalent product used in this installation. It utilizes four LEDs packaged on one node (RGB + White) which enables the creation of striking color tones and hues that are impossible to achieve with standard RGB. Our REVI Low Voltage Downlighting System was also utilized to provide fully configurable, high-quality downlighting to shine down on some of the most prized automobiles on the second floor of the building.

The result is a stunning concourse that evokes feelings of stepping inside a refined version of the “bat cave”. Our lighting can be easily controlled to display whichever vibrant colors and tones the facility desires. From the bar to the stairs, to the garage, Environmental Lights lighting products enable the ability to transform this space in an instant. They provide the final key for creating a one-of-a-kind experience at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan.
