The system consists of a compact hardware interface device and a mobile application, providing DMX/RDM control and additional features directly accessible through a free smartphone app. Users can now view and send Ethernet protocols including Art-Net and Streaming ACN (sACN).

DMXcat-E can read and display SMPTE LTC and MIDI for audio and other entertainment purposes. It includes timecode bookmarking and save to file functions for ease of use. Make sure to download the free DMXcat app, which is available for Android and iPhone (requires Android OS 6.0+, 64-bit only, or Apple iOS 11+). The app can function in seven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Korean and Japanese.
Note: The first DMXcat app firmware update will take 15-20 minutes, and your smartphone needs to be kept charged and close to the DMXcat-E throughout the update process.
