Use Lutron Diva (DVELV-303P) or Skylark (SELV-303P) Electronic Low Voltage dimmers. We saw performance of about 3%/19% (measured/perceived) in our tests for those dimmers. For wireless control dimming, the Lutron Maestro (MRF2-6ELV-120) performs at 14%/37%. Deeper dimming can be achieved at a higher cost on the phase adaptive Lutron Radio RA2 (RRD-6NA), on which we saw performance of about 0%/7%. Dimming 12 volt MR16 bulbs always depends to a certain extent on the transformer in the luminaire, so results may vary. This bulb may not be dimmable on all transformers. We do not recommend LED/CFL, Magnetic Low Voltage or incandescent dimmers for this bulb. For good performance at a reasonable price point, we recommend one of the two Lutron ELV dimmers. For excellent performance, spend extra on the phase adaptive dimmer.
