This controller is used to control and power our commercial-grade strings listed as companion parts below. IT WILL NOT WORK FOR OTHER STRINGS BECAUSE THOSE STRINGS DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED CONTROL WIRES. Blinking, fading, chasing—8 functions to choose from.

• You can link up to 8 strings on this controller, or 20 strings on a steady-burn power cord. You must buy either the controller or power cord to plug the strings into the wall.
• Green Wire.

• Controller effects include:
            Combination;
            In Waves;
            Sequential;
            Slo Glo;
            Sparkling/Chasing;
            Fade On/Off;
            Sparkling;

• Controller has a mechanical rotating switch to choose the function. This is better than a push button because you can positively set the controller to the mode you want without having to plug the string in and cycle through the modes to figure out what the controller is set for. Now that's smart. Also, if you use a timer, the controller always turns on in your favorite mode!

• Vapor-proof enclosure eliminates corrosion: bulbs are integrally connected with the socket and are not replaceable. This construction is more reliable than screw-in bulbs, especially in corrosive environments such as coastal areas where salt spray is present.

• Uses up to 98% less energy than incandescent light strings.
• Dims well on the dimmers listed as companion parts.
• Works only with our 8xxx and 9xxx series strings. Not for other strings.
• Lead was not used in the making of this product; however, the product you receive will not be labeled RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) because it was manufactured before we began labeling our Christmas lights RoHS. We will not accept returns of this product merely because of the lack of a RoHS label. If you require a RoHS designation, we have many products so labeled, either on the packaging or the product itself.
