Reflectors are directional. CFL's and LED's are the best technology. CFL's are currently brighter, but LED's use hardly any power, and will eventually replace CFL's. LED's are the best for color, and we have plenty of those to offer.

Here's a tip: If you have ceiling cans in closets or showers, use these R20's instead of coils or A-shape bulbs. You'll send all the light down instead of heating up the can above your ceiling. That way you get a double energy-efficiency benefit: CFL technology, coupled with better directional use of light energy. That's smart!
