These handy extension jumpers allow you to add extra bars if you want more light. The connector to the bar has locking barbs on it, which makes it harder to remove, and therefore unlikely to fall out if handled roughly. Also available with non-locking ends. The part number is the same, except has no "L" at the beginning.

Can't be installed backwards, since the light bars work either way.
The 3-prong end is 0.47 inches wide, which means if you have to drill a hole to put this connector through something, the hole won't need to be very big.
